Dr. Frank M. GeMeiner studied at Ohio State University. He began his medical career studying at the College of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons at Los Angeles. He finished his courses and graduated from Des Moines Still College of Osteopathy in 1938. Dr. GeMeiner interned at the Cleveland, Ohio Hospital before moving back to Iowa and practicing in Newell, IA.
