Abstract
Pediatric vaccination rates have been gradually on the decline.
Vaccine hesitancy has been listed by the World Health Organization (WHO) as one of the top ten greatest threats to public health.
The reason for this critical public health issue is multifactorial, involving misinformation, lack of knowledge, distrust in healthcare, safety concerns, and social influence.
Interventions available to target barriers to vaccination are often under-utilized in medical practice.
